Vickie has truly put together the best Cliff's Notes for Microsoft Office users. I am amazed at how much there is to support the work I do as an administrator and project coordinator-type employee. To add to the great and what I thought were the most immediately useful tips, were the productivity tips. How very helpful it is to be reminded that one doesn't have to drink out of a water hose; instead, focus on one or two and assimilate those and then take on more. There's no rush to excellence just thoughtful repetition and discipline. Last but not least, Vickie's humorous, calm and easy-going manner encouraged engagement. The technical stuff can be cumbersome by nature. I loved hearing "come back to me!", or 'my eyes must look like hearts' were phrases that though I was present reset my attention if it was waining. Brava, Vicki!

Hear from previous attendees

“Yesterday, I attended your 100 Tips workshop hosted by our company and wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed not only the content but also your training/presentation style – engaging, intelligent, seamless flow and cadence, humorous, relatable…the perfect package! You promised the 2 hours would go by fast and it certainly did. I hope I’m fortunate enough to attend another one of your sessions sometime down the road.”

Steve Monson, Content Development Supervisor, IWCO Direct

“The training was absolutely magnificent!!!! This session is exactly the type of training we need on campus, anything to help make the job easier, help us to work more efficiently and be more productive on a daily basis. I can use 100% of what I learned today. I would like to order several copies of Vickie’s book to place in strategic places in the College of Engineering Administration as a reference guide for our employees. This was awesome. Thanks for arranging this session.”

Jovita Banks-Robinson, Assistant Dean for Human Resources and Administrative Operations, University of Illinois at Chicago

“From the girl that guffawed at the idea of going to a Microsoft workshop. I thought I knew all there was to know about Word and Excel. People at my office come to me when they have questions about formatting. “What could I possibly take away from this?” I questioned. I hemmed and hawed and went to the seminar anyway. I am embarrassed to admit, out of everything Vickie went over – I knew none of it. Zero. Zilch. Nada. I look at Microsoft in a whole new light. One might even say, I just fell in love. And the best part? The people at the office think I am really cool now.”

Holly Eardley, Director of Development, Lucky Duck Productions

““Something has shifted for me since attending your Microsoft productivity session. Not only have I been able to immediately apply several tips – which have saved me hours of time – but I have greater confidence and curiosity about how to work smarter. Exploring what more I can do with my Mac -- even though this was a PC sessions -- is now an adventure, entirely dependent on my mindset. Thank-you Vickie!!! I now am inspired to pursue certification.””

Atrayah Janhe, Personal Assistant to Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Cape Town, South Africa

“Speaker was awesome. The visual step by step processes were outstanding as it was easy to take notes. Also, watching on demand allowed me to stop the video and take notes. Taking a lot of notes is how I retain the information that I am being taught and then I can go back and look over my notes and do the steps myself.”
