What if I can't attend live?

Every training session is recorded and available on demand in the RedCape Academy online learning library within 24 hours of the live class. You can access the recording as long as you’re a member of the RedCape Academy.

Can I register for just one class or do I have to purchase a subscription?

Academy courses are only accessible to active subscribers. You may purchase a monthly subscription, and then cancel at any time. We send out renewal notices one week before monthly renewals and one month & one week before annual renewals.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance when I attend class?

Yes! You deserve credit for keeping your technology skills up to date!

For Live Classes: You will receive a certificate of attendance via email after attending the live class.

For On Demand Classes: A certificate will be issued upon completion of a course. You can find all of your certificates for the on demand classes here in your account.
